What we process and why. When you send the enquiry form we process the data you enter (name, company, country, e-mail, phone, message and the product you ask about) in order to answer your enquiry and, if you are looking for a seller, to pass it on to the WERTEC distributor in your country. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps taken at your request) and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries).

Recipients. Your enquiry may be passed on to the WERTEC distributor or reseller operating in your country. The website and the form are hosted by Cloudflare, Inc., which acts as our processor.

Retention. We keep enquiries for as long as needed to handle them and for possible follow-up related to the enquiry.

Your rights. You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict processing, to object, to data portability and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (in Poland: the President of the Personal Data Protection Office, UODO).
